Mit der Selbst­hil­fe­grup­pe habe ich ein kla­res Kon­zept, wel­ches sich am 12-Schrit­te-Pro­gramm der AA sowie den Wer­ten, Tugen­den und Hal­tun­gen ori­en­tiert. Zudem bin ich ein gro­ßer Freund der posi­ti­ven Psy­cho­lo­gie, wel­che sich auf die Stär­ken fokus­siert, statt nach den Schwä­chen zu schau­en. [1] In die­sem Sin­ne möch­te ich gera­de heu­te, in die­ser Kri­sen­zeit der Coro­na-Pan­de­mie mein Augen­merk auf die posi­ti­ven Ereig­nis­se wer­fen und mit die­sem Blog dazu ein­la­den, die­se zu tei­len.
