Sie ist die Bereit­schaft, bekann­tes infra­ge zu stel­len, eine Lern­hal­tung anzu­neh­men und vor­ur­teils­frei zu han­deln. Wir zei­gen, wer wir sind und was wir füh­len wol­len, ohne uns zu ver­stel­len. Unse­re Gedan­ken tau­schen wir offen aus, hegen kei­ne Hin­ter­ge­dan­ken und haben mehr Inter­es­se dar­an zu ver­bin­den als zu über­zeu­gen. Die Mei­nun­gen ande­rer neh­men wir mit auf­rich­ti­gem Inter­es­se war. Der Fluss unse­res Lebens wird Bewe­gun­gen und uner­war­te­te Ereig­nis­se in sich. Für die­se Lern-und Ent­wick­lungs­chan­cen sind wir offen und bereit. Mit Offen­heit sind wir emp­fäng­lich für die Über­ra­schun­gen des Lebens. [1]
