Höflichkeit

Höf­lich­keit ist ein Ver­hal­ten, geprägt von Rück­sicht­nah­me gegen­über ande­ren. Sie ist ein Aus­druck von Respekt und Mit­ge­fühl. Mit der Höf­lich­keit ver­bun­den ist die Herz­lich­keit. Manch­mal jedoch kann auch eine rein for­mel­le Höf­lich­keit ange­mes­sen sein. [1] Lei­der hat die Tugend der Höf­lich­keit heu­te kaum noch einen Stel­len­wert und wird nicht sel­ten zur Errei­chung eige­ner Zie­le vor­an gescho­ben. In der­ar­ti­gen Fäl­len ist Vor­sicht gebo­ten, da sich hin­ter der Höf­lich­keit nicht sel­ten eine Schein­hei­lig­keit verbirgt.
